Basic Life Support & Oxygen administration
This training course is in line with the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines
Suitable to a variety of audiences - from the complete novice to those who are skilled and want their skill set updated.
Audiences range from first aiders through to dentists, nurses and other healthcare professionals. The training normally takes place over three/four hours and includes the necessary theory followed by lots of practical “hands-on” practise to build confidence.

- The theory of resuscitation
- Incident management
- Basic life support
- Recovery Position
- Airway management - practical use of airway adjuncts and suction
- Oxygen - safety, practical use and contra-indications
The training course is in line with the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines and can be adapted to suit the client in respects to what age group they may be resuscitating, be it babies, children or adults.
Course Details
- To be carried out on your premises with your equipment for up to 10 people.
- Alternatively, training can be carried out at our training department with our equipment for up to 6 people.
- Written training guide given to all attendees
- Certificate valid for one year.
