Emergency First Aid at Work Course
The Emergency First Aid at Work training course is HSE approved and certification (issued on successful completion of the course) is valid for 3 years.
The course runs in our Basingstoke training facility and consists of a minimum of 6 hours training over one day.
EFAW training enables a first-aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work. HSE state that if you have identified that first-aiders are needed in your workplace, they must have a valid certificate of competence in First aid at work or Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW).

- Scene safety DRSAB
- Basic casualty assessment
- Managing the unconscious casualty
- CPR
- Choking
- Bleeding, wounds and shock
- Reporting / legislation / first aid kits
Emergency First Aid at Work Training Package
