Qualsafe Awards Quality Assurance Visit 2015

We recently had our annual External Quality Assurance Visit to ensure we are continuously delivering the quality training that is expected for a Qualsafe Awards approved centre.
This is what the report said:
“The centre has excellent communication with all training staff and I am confident that this centre will continue to maintain the high standards of communication and standardisation demanded by Vicky.
The Trainer observed delivering the training in a relaxed and when appropriate comedic style.
His personal experience of various first aid situations was used to supplement the course content.
The style of delivery immediately put the learners at ease; he answered all questions from the learners correctly and in line with current medical opinion.
The support during the practical sessions was excellent with the trainer remaining in the background and only getting involved with the practice when necessary.”

We are very proud to have another super report- Well done to our trainers and thank you for your support.

First Aid Anaphylaxis Training

Did you know that in 2014, there were over 4,000 hospital admissions for anaphylaxis in England?

Anaphylaxis is a severe and life-threatening allergic reaction, which requires immediate medical attention. With the number of sufferers increasing each year, it is extremely important to know what to do when faced with this acute emergency condition.

Successful candidates will be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis, and will be equipped with the vital skills needed to administer safe, prompt and effective treatment.

First Aid Training - Qualsafe Awards Annual External Quality Assessment

First Aid Angels passed our 2nd annual External Quality Assessment in September 2015.
This is a stringent assessment made by Qualsafe Awards to ensure that we are meeting the standards in training that are set by our governing body and approved by OFQUAL and recommended by the government’s Lofstedt Report.
We are very proud to let our customers and general public know that we passed again.
A big thank you to our wonderful staff who are continuously passionate in their training and share their knowledge in a manner that helps our customers feel more confident to carry out first aid in their workplace if needed.
